Incat Production Roles
Welders and Fabricators work with hand tools, flame cutting torches or grinders to cut metal and build the vessel structure.
Fitout is the process of making an interior space suitable for occupation, by furnishing the inside of vessels.
Electronic Technicians are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing electronic systems and devices.
Electricians possess expertise in various electrical systems, tools, safety regulations, and install all electrical cabling and equipment on the vessel.
A Rigger is responsible for setting up pulleys, cables, ropes and other equipment to lift large and heavy objects onto the vessel, including our pre-fabricated modules.
Scaffolders erect and dismantle temporary metal scaffolding on structures throughout the shipyard.
Maintenance Workers fix and maintain mechanical equipment. They also care for general repairs and upkeep on buildings throughout the shipyard.
Pre-Fabrication workers create pieces and structures to be later assembled and placed onto the vessel.
Fitters study plans and specifications to fit, assemble and shape machinery, engines, propulsion systems, pipework, and safety systems on the vessel.
Labourers are responsible for conducting various tasks and duties to aid operations on site.
