HUMAN RESOURCES

The Human Resources (HR) Team is responsible for all staff recruitment, employment agreements, skill development and training, remuneration, promotions, performance and skill reviews.

 

A major function of the HR team is human resource management and ensuring a suitably qualified and skilled workforce is available when required. This includes the need to improve awareness and foster trade career options within schools.

 

We aim to continually improve the quality and commitment of our people. By improving recruitment standards, adopting more multi-skilling to support flexibility and team behaviour that encourages a strong work ethic.
